The Seoul Central District Court have sentenced three former LG Display employees, that have been charged with violating the Industrial Technology Protection Act and were suspected of transferring OLED technologies to a Chinese company.The three former employees were given different sentences: five years in prison and a $27,000 fine, 2 years in prison and a $7,000 fine, and one year in prison.
