Three Homes Damaged, 14 Displaced in Loudoun County House Fire

Three homes were damaged and 14 people were displaced following an early morning house fire in South Riding. Loudoun County Fire and Rescue received multiple 911 calls around 12:46 a.m. reporting a fire in the 25100 block of Fortitude Terrace.
