MAYVILLE, N.D. — On Center Avenue in Mayville, the Up, Up, and Away Fireworks stand has become a fixture of the Fourth of July holiday, with three generations of the Moen family making it a seasonal tradition. “We’ve been here and had the trailers like this since 1992,” said Sheryl Moen, owner of the fireworks stand.
