Three arrested after police witness drug deal in Dover

The Delaware State Police say they have arrested three people on drug and other related charges after witnessing a drug deal at a gas station.

Three Nabbed by DSP During Drug Surveillance at Dover Gas Station

Delaware State Police conducted surveillance at a State Street gas station in Dover Tuesday night. A blue pickup driven by 32 year old Stanley Baynard of Greenwood was parked. A red sedan arrived and parked nearby. The driver, 60 year old Louis Tolson of Magnolia approached the pickup and purchased drugs, then the sedan's passenger, 36 year old Keara Harrington of Dover spoke briefly with Baynard – before all drove off.
