Three arraigned for trafficking cocaine in Westfield

WESTFIELD — After an investigation by police, three people were arraigned in District Court Tuesday for trafficking cocaine, according to court documents.Shelia Maldanado, 49, and Jose L. Paulino Ruiz, 36, both of Monroe Street, Westfield, and Marcus Johnson, 35, of White Street, Springfield, were each charged with one count of trafficking more than 36 and less than 100 grams of cocaine, according to court documents.
