The Mayor of Villeurbanne, Cédric Van Styvendael, welcomes the appointment of Thomas Jolly and Laëtitia Guédon to the management of the National Popular Theatre. The duo intends to carry a project called NPT, Open World, with the ambition to strengthen the links between artistic creation and the inhabitants.
