This major U.S. grocer is closing 60 locations: When will stores begin to shutter?

Kroger, which operates more than 2,700 supermarkets across 35 states, announced in June that it would close 60 stores across the United States within the next 18 months. And according to local media outlets, several of those locations will shutter this month.
