The Swedish prisoners should arrive at Tartu Prison within two weeks at the latest. Our country's representatives have repeatedly confirmed that the prisoners cannot stay in Estonia, but there is a clause in the prison lease agreement that also addresses the possibility of applying for asylum. Why?

Toilet brushes are being placed and TV screens are being installed in the cells. And the stun guns that the guards normally carry have been removed. Starting next week, Estonia will receive a new, temporary export: inmates from Swedish prisons.
