The Swedish Transport Administration announced on Thursday that it has decided to move forward with the Östra leden option for an E4 bypass in Skellefteå. “It’s great for the project to move forward and we can start studying in detail, so it feels really exciting,” says Pia Törrö, project manager, the Swedish Transport Administration.
