This free program gives Island kids a cool opportunity to ice fish

For the past five Islander Days, the operators of Richards Bait and Tackle in western P.E.I. have been teaching kids to ice fish. The free program gives young anglers the opportunity to tackle the elements and try their luck at landing the elusive perch.
