- He was remanded to 14 days of judicial custody and produced before the Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judge, Vigilance, Kollam, with the next hearing on January 19, under Kerala High Court supervision.
- The Special Investigation Team has classified the probe into four investigation phases, uncovering a `larger plan` to dismantle more gold-clad plates and naming Unnikrishnan Potti, Roddam Pandurangaiah Naga Govardhan, and former TDB presidents A. Padmakumar and N Vasu.
