The 31st anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide, the worst war crime in Europe since World War II, is being marked today at a memorial center in Potočari, Bosnia. At the commemoration, relatives, survivors and numerous delegations will pay tribute again to the more than 8,000 Bosniak men and boys killed by forces of the Army of Republika Srpska in July 1995 after the fall of the United Nations-protected area.
