Third felony charge added for Park Rapids man accused of threatening lawmakers

- Knudsen's legislative assistant provided a Feb. 11 voicemail recording saying, 'If I don't get my money back by the end of this week I'm gonna come find all of you and kill every one of you f***ers...', which Knudsen described as terrifying to investigators.
- Hubbard County investigators found nine firearms, 45 boxes of ammunition and two handgun magazines in Tobias's Park Rapids home, and he admitted last month to sending the email and making the call.
- Two felonies were filed last month against John D. Tobias before the third count was added, according to the original criminal complaint.
