Benito Juárez.- After the Attorney General’s Office, through the Special Prosecutor’s Office for Combating Kidnapping and Extortion Offences, provided the relevant evidence, a Control Judge issued the decision to link Carlos Daniel “N” and Erwin Daivd “N” to the trial, for their alleged relationship in events possibly constitutive of the crime of extortion, to the detriment of a victim of reserved identity.
