Zacatecas, Zac., Custodians of the Regional Center for Social Rehabilitation (Cieneguillas), the prison with the largest prison population in Zacatecas – thousand 600 prisoners – reported that the prison is “a powder keg”, and there is a serious risk of mutiny, due to the low number of warders, only 36 for each shift, who cover 24-hour working hours for 24 hours of rest, without the authorities hearing their complaints.
