They Have Been Working on a "Standstill" for Months. Dramatic Situation at a Well-Known Mattress Manufacturer

More than 300 employees of Aquinos Bedding Poland in Łódź, a mattress manufacturer, have been working in standby mode since January 2025, for which they are entitled to only 80 percent of their salary, warns the company's Solidarity. In May, the employees did not receive any pay at all. "The situation has become downright dramatic," unionists wrote on social media.
