A ceasefire of at least sixty days is needed to amend the electoral law in Ukraine and organize the election campaign during martial law or after its termination, Oleksandr Kornienko, the first deputy speaker of the Ukrainian parliament, said in a statement to the state news agency Ukrinform on Tuesday.
