The lives of the residents of one of the blocks of flats in Olsztyn are being made miserable by their neighbours, who have been accumulating rubbish in their apartment for years. Not only is the stench coming out of the premises, but also cockroaches, which enter other rooms. As it turns out, the housing cooperative can do little about it. The case was described by "Fakt".
