After several weeks of debate, the provincial legislature is preparing to approve the new magna letter that will have changes for the executive, judicial and legislative branches.
A constitution is valid as a legal norm, but it also serves as a symbolic and cultural construction that condenses aspirations, fractures, expectations and social demands.
