Rytas Vilnius became the first Lithuanian team in history to win the Basketball Champions League. The quarter-finalists defeated Nymburk in the final, 92:86, after overtime. The Greek team was already leading by 20 points in the third quarter. However, Rytas played a great fourth quarter, which they dominated 35:17 and tied the game at 80:80. They were already ahead in overtime.
