INDIANAPOLIS — Hoosiers living in Carmel, Zionsville, Westfield and Noblesville may be getting a new ZIP code. A bill introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives directs the United States Postal Service to designate single, unique ZIP codes to 74 communities across the country.
