Drones attacked the temporarily occupied Crimea on the night of Thursday, 13 August, in a massive attack, in particular the Balaklav thermal power plant, in the village of Stormov, where a fire broke out at a water supply facility that provided water to Sevastopol, reports the Crimean Wind, and the so-called "Governor" of occupied Sevastopol, Michael Razvojaev, reported that some of the city's energy infrastructure had been damaged by drones.
