The 4T scholarships for students have grown to such a degree that the Government is preparing to appoint 32 state representatives to have greater control over the programs that contemplate them. These representatives will join others that already operate for the Government in all entities, such as the delegates of the Welfare Programs, which in theory also monitor the distribution of scholarships, and the state coordinators of the IMSS-Benestar.
