The new Government Commissioner for Human Rights is Taťána Malá (ANO). The MP now chairs the party caucus in the Chamber of Deputies and serves on three committees, including the Constitutional and Legal Committee, where she is the vice-chair. However, she does not consider the accumulation of functions as an obstacle to the exercise of the mandate of the Government Commissioner.
The new government of ANO, SPD and Motorists approved personnel changes on Wednesday. The chairwoman of the ANO parliamentary group, Taťána Malá, became the new government commissioner for human rights. Malá replaces Klára Šimáčková Laurenčíková, who left the previous government of Petr Fiala (ODS) on Monday.
