Theo bought an air watchtower in Zeeland for fifty guilders: 'Maybe that bunker will come in handy again someday'

As a little boy he grew up with the air watchtower in his village Nieuw Namen. "I don't know any better than that it was there and I always thought it was an impressive building," says Theo van Duijse. "I knew it could be used for military purposes, but other than that I didn't have much to do with it. I never climbed the tower when I was young."
