The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) will not be able to fully monitor a potential ceasefire in Ukraine anytime soon, according to Switzerland, which will chair it next year. The Swiss ambassador to the OSCE told reporters in Vienna today that the organization does not have the resources to immediately monitor the entire line of contact.
The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is not capable of comprehensively monitoring a possible ceasefire in Ukraine in the short term, the Swiss OSCE ambassador, who will take over the organization's rotating chairmanship at the beginning of next year, told reporters in Vienna on Tuesday.
