Heart Aerospace managed the first flight of its fully electric aircraft, the X1. The aircraft flew 27 minutes in New York, consuming only $5 in electricity. A nice business card for the company, which is already preparing a regional hybrid-electric aircraft.

The Heart X1, a 11.3-ton, 32-metre-wide demonstrator, flew for 27 minutes thanks to its batteries alone. A general rehearsal before the ES-30, a hybrid regional aircraft expected by 2031.
