The United States announced the signing of new agreements for investment in the oil and gold sectors in Venezuela, on the margins of the G-20 Summit hosted by the American city of Houston.
"This is a historic announcement in the relationship between the United States and Venezuela," said US Energy Minister Chris Wright, from Houston, Texas, where the G20 on Energy is currently taking place.
