After the new urbanization of the Paseo in 1885, which we talked about in the last chapter, some shops already indicated in their press announcements its location in the New Paseo de Valencia. For the next holidays of 1886, a nice villa or rustic house was installed in the far west of the Paseo, in order to emit liquors and soft drinks. It was built by the industrialist of the Plaza Santiago Martinicorena, with a cost of 2,479 pesetas.
