The gender pay gap continued to narrow last year: the average gross salary of full-time women was HUF 649,700, 13.4 percent lower than the HUF 750,200 for men. This is a significant decrease from the 14.4 percent recorded in 2024, according to an analysis by the Trenkwalder labor market service company released on the occasion of International Women's Day.
