The verdict in the Stork's Nest case will probably not be delivered in time for the autumn parliamentary elections. The Senate of the High Court in Prague, which overturned the acquittal of the chairman of the ANO movement, Andrej Babiš, in June, has had the deadline for drafting a written decision extended. The Seznam Zprávy server reports this. The indictment accuses Babiš and ANO MEP Jana Nagyová of aiding and abetting subsidy fraud.

The decision in the case of Andrej Babiš, accused of aiding subsidy fraud, will likely be in the hands of the new Chamber of Deputies before the first-instance judge Jan Šott.
