The court admits an appeal and sees “relevant” his statement as a witness in case he can “provide relevant information about the process followed on the afternoon of October 29th in decision-making”
Despite the fact that the judge in Catarroja had twice denied this procedure, the judges consider that it “seems to be relevant” in order to be able to provide “relevant information” on decision-making on 29 October.
The second section assures that the witness can "offer details or nuances that might be of interest to the investigation" after the public letter issued by the communicator herself
