Ukrainian special forces have seriously injured Russian General Esedulla Abachev in a suicide drone attack in the Kursk region. A video they released captures the moment of the strike and shows Abachev losing an arm and a leg before being rushed to Moscow for medical treatment.
The attack took place on August 17, but it was only three days later this Wednesday that the video of the operation was shared on the YouTube platform by the Ukrainian armed forces.
A video of the attack on a Russian general has surfaced online. Russian army officer Esedulla Abachev was seriously wounded following an operation by Ukrainian special forces in the Kursk region on the night of August 16-17. The Russian has been charged by the Ukrainian prosecutor's office with ordering the bombing of villages in Ukraine.
