Bizkaia will have this Sunday, October 4, two representatives in the battle to find the best potato tortilla in the state. Andoni Ibarguren, from the Txintxirri of Bilbao, and Goizane Bilbao, from The Atrio of Getxo, will be measured in Alicante with 19 other specialists arrived from different points of the state with the same objective: to take the trophy.
