An umpteenth legislative provision to limit the use of telephones was adopted unanimously in Parliament on 21 May. As of August 2026, consumers will no longer receive commercial calls without giving their prior and explicit consent. In this regard, the legislator is not in the process of trying to do so. Why so many difficulties? Do we have a chance to get there this time?
