The trial of the arrested defendant Necmettin Ulaş (25), who is alleged to have chased restaurant worker Eyüp Can Güner (12), who died after falling from a height in the business building in Anamur district of Mersin, with a knife, was adjourned to complete the missing documents in the file. It is expected that an investigation will be conducted into the cut marks on Güner's body and the Forensic Medicine report will be added to the file.
The third hearing in the trial of Necmettin Ulaş, the defendant arrested in connection with the death of 12-year-old Eyüp Can Güner, who died after falling from a height in a business building in Anamur district of Mersin, was adjourned pending the completion of the forensic report and expert examination of the cuts. While the defendant requested release and acquittal, the mother, Güllü Can, claimed that her son was stabbed to death.
