Two 355-meter-high masts that tower into the sky near Český Brod in the Kolín region have been unnecessary for more than a year. The local transmitters no longer transmit any radio signals, and Czech Radio Communications is preparing to dismantle them. Their demolition is being considered. This would eliminate the tallest structure in the republic.
