The Supreme Court of Republika Srpska adopted the revision submitted by BHRT and changed the decision of the Higher Commercial Court in Banja Luka from May 12 this year in the part related to the claims of RTRS from BHRT based on the use of RR (portable) connections.
The Supreme Court of RS accepted the revision of BHRT and determined that BHRT does not owe RTRS funds based on the use of transmission links.
