The Supreme Court has recognized the validity of the presidential elections. However, Ryszard Kalisz, a member of the National Electoral Commission, has doubts as to whether the procedure was conducted in accordance with the Electoral Code. In his opinion, it is not certain that Karol Nawrocki won the elections. "The prosecutor's office is not certain because it decided to count the votes in 296 commissions," he told Tok FM.
