The Supreme Court Admits to the Action of the City Council Against the Works of the Naval for the Use of Reception of Immigrants

The Supreme Court has admitted to the proceedings the contentious administrative appeal filed by the City of Cartagena against the agreement of the Council of Ministers of May 27, 2025, which authorized the suitability of the former Naval Hospital for its use as a reception centre for migrants and which obliges the City to modify its General Plan of Urban Planning to legalize these uses, according to the mayor, Noelia Arroyo.
