The Supreme Court (TS) has confirmed the sanction of 1,000 euros of fine for serious misdemeanor to the prosecutor of Anticorruption Carmen García Cerdá for disobeying the orders of the chief prosecutor Alejandro Luzón in the course of the investigation around the office of Equipo Económico, linked to the former minister Cristóbal Montoro.
