The bill containing student amnesty and regulations regarding higher education was approved in the Grand Assembly of the Turkish Parliament. With this regulation, final-year students will be granted the right to take additional exams and complete their internships, while new provisions regarding the working conditions and disciplinary investigations of faculty members will also come into effect.

An amnesty regulation for university students who were previously expelled from their schools was approved by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. The regulation covers all students at the preparatory, associate degree, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels, and those who were accepted to university but failed to register on time will also benefit from the amnesty.
Within the scope of the proposal discussed in the Grand Assembly of the Turkish Parliament, Article 15, which grants students who have been dismissed or unable to register the right to pursue higher education again, was accepted.
