If a child had been born the last time the Coal Ridge co-ed cheer squad wasn’t a state champion that child would be in second grade now.  The Coal Ridge Titans cheer squad claimed its eighth consecutive state title at the Denver Coliseum over the weekend, earning its second straight championship in Class 4A.
