The Court of Instruction number 5 of Arganda del Rey, in Madrid, has suspended this Thursday the statement as a person under investigation of Dr. María Teresa Vidán, identified as the person who drafted the protocol that prevented the transfer of elderly people from Madrid residences to hospitals during the pandemic.
