The Sejm voted in favor of bringing Maciej Świrski to constitutional accountability before the State Tribunal.
Members of Parliament voted to bring the head of the National Broadcasting Council, Maciej Świrski, before the State Tribunal. In a vote, the members of Parliament decided on a preliminary motion in this matter. The motion was supported by 237 members – an absolute majority of 217 votes. "We are dealing with lawlessness," commented Maciej Świrski.
