Karine Brunet-Jambu, a native of Orgères (35) and her adoptive mother Laurence, have recently been condemned again by the State. The Paris court found that, in this case of rape of a child, the justice services, have rendered their decision in "excessive delays". The young woman seeks a commission of inquiry from the Minister of Justice.
The judicial court in Paris held its deliberations on Wednesday, 18 February 2026. The French State is ordered to compensate a young woman from Ille-et-Vilaine and her relatives for "denial of justice", due to excessive delays in criminal proceedings.
