The Spanish ex-military who spyed on Assange for the CIA is investigated for procedural fraud and falsity

New judicial front against the Spanish ex-military David Morales, the man who spyed for the CIA on Julian Assange during his stay at the Embassy of Ecuador in London. Madrid’s 45th Court now investigates him for an alleged crime of procedural fraud and documentary falsehood. Judge Fernando Fernández Olmedo has summoned Morales to testify as an investigator, according to a car to which EL PAÍS has had access. Continue reading
