The sea eagle forces the cormorant to move

The feeding areas of the sea eagle and cormorant in the Baltic Sea overlap, a recent study suggests. Both species catch fish, but the sea eagle also hunts waterfowl, including cormorants.

For tourists it is an impressive picture: thousands of cormorants have settled at the port of Barth - to the sorrow of fishermen.
