Russia has sent a diplomatic note to the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry, requesting that it reopen its consulate general in Varna. The plan is to locate it in a business building in the historic heart of the city, about 200 meters from the Bulgarian Navy headquarters. The information was released by the Democrats for a Strong Bulgaria party, which is part of the Democratic Bulgaria coalition.
