As customers feast at Kura Sushi in Beaverton, robot waiters zip up and down aisles delivering drinks. After hours at the Portland Convention Center and Portland Zoo, robot cleaners sweep up dust and trash indoors and at parking lots outside.

RobotLAB opened a Beaverton location and demoed cleaning, delivery, security and customer-service robots during a ribbon-cutting at the Hilton in downtown Portland.
